Warranty Claim Status
When shipping your claim back to us, be sure to hold onto your tracking number so that you can track the shipment back to our warehouse for replacement. Once it arrives, the processing time can take up to 2 business days. Once your claim has been processed, you will receive another tracking number letting you know that your new product is on its way back to you.
If your tracking confirms the Product has been delivered to us for more than 2 business days and you have not received an email about your warranty claim, please let us know. If the 2 business days have not passed, please allow the full processing time before contacting customer service.
